BNTS Consulting Services cover Construction Management, Quantity Surveying and Health and Safety Consulting services for clients.

 

 

 

Our project management services include but not limited to:

  • Receiving an outline brief from and defining the client's needs.
  •  Advising the client and making recommendations.
  • Prepare programmes for all pre- contract and contract activities, monitor progress and adjusting programmes as necessary.
  • Establishing types of meetings, attendance, and issuing agendas and minutes.
  • Co-ordinating reports and making recommendations to client.
  • Establishing a framework for inspections and key areas of delivery.
  • Establishing a framework for monitoring progress.
  •  Maintaining financial management methods and reporting to client.
  • Co-ordinating inspections and key areas of delivering.

 

Proposed and billed on a per- project and per-milestone basis, project consulting offers a client company a way to harness our specific qualities and use our expertise to develop and/or implement plans, from conceptual planning to turnover. It also offers the following:

  • Acting as an Agent of the client in the administration of contracts between the client and the professionals or contractors.
  • Manage the process of preparing bids documentation, evaluation and the facilitation of their award through the clients bid committees.
  • Facilitate the process of securing additional funding for projects where such a need arises.
  • Establish the client requirements regarding potential professional services.
  • Manage the closing out of projects for and on behalf of the client.

  • Increase the capacity of emerging contractors and strengthen their ability to compete in a competitive business environment.
  • Ensurethattheoverallobjectiveoftheemerging contractors development programme is being realised in accordance with the set objectives of the programme.
  • Befullyresponsibletomanage,co-ordinateand facilitate the implementation and operation of the programme.
  • Plan, manage and co-ordinate external liaison activities, especially those relating to training and support initiatives of the programme
  • Monitor and evaluate progress of the emerging contractors and the programme to ensure smooth execution of the programme.
  • Report on a monthly basis the progress on the development of the emerging contractors to the client.
